Registration

The participation in the school is opened to PhD students, researchers and other persons interested in the topic, however due to limitations of space and resources the number of participants will be limited to no more than 40. Since there is no prediction of the number of interested attendants a preregistration procedure has been established.

1. Preregistration - Communication of interest

All those interested in attending the school should send an e-mail to contact address iurs2010@uji.es before July 31, 2010. These e-mail should contain:

• Name and affiliation
• CV
• Letter of motivation
• Letter with supervisor support (optional but advisable).

Please, note that since the Summer School is organized of EU projects GRASP, HANDLE and DEXMART, researchers coming from these consortium have a preference participation. If you belong to some of the consortium inform your dissemination officer or coordinator.

2. Acceptance and Registration

Shortly after finishing the preregistration deadline notifications of attendance will be sent. Then, the registration procedure will commence. 

Further instructions to complete the payment and hotel booking will be given.

All registered attendants accept to prepare a poster and a 5-10 min. presentation of their work which will be presented to other attendants in dedicated sessions.

 Registration fee

The registration fee for all the attendants is 500€. This amount includes:

• Attendance to all the lectures, practical exercises and other activities.
• School materials.
• Accommodation from Sunday, Sep. 26 to Friday, Oct. 1, including breakfast and lunch.
